Before your visit to Spain:
You will spend quite some time online with me, and sometimes we can meet in Copenhagen. This way, you make sure that the time you spend in Spain is only truly valuable.

Around one week before your visit to Spain, you will have a list of properties ready.

I can help you with hotel recommendations and provide discount codes for car rental.

If you are only here for a few days, I can pick you up at the airport and drive you to your hotel, depending on the location and time.

During the visit:

You will usually drive with me in my car while we visit the selected properties. I have child seats available from newborn and up. I will pick you up at your hotel, or we can agree on a meeting point, depending on the location.

You will also visit a lawyer and start the needed documents for the purchase – even if you haven’t found the right property yet. That way, you are ready to sign easily from Denmark once the right one comes along. You will sign a “power of attorney” that can only be used when you tell the lawyer to. That’s the way we do it in Spain, and of course, I will explain everything to you.

I can recommend sightseeing, restaurants, and more.
 

I will be available for you 24/7 in case of emergency.

After the visit:

If you didn’t find the right property, I will continue the search for you.

Once you find the right property, I will make sure the lawyer takes care of everything and keep you updated all the way until the final notary meeting. If you cannot be present at the notary, the lawyer will handle it and give you the key – so there is nothing to worry about.
 

I can recommend furniture stores, decorators, maintenance people, cleaning services, etc.

If needed, I can also be present for these people, so everything is ready for your very first stay.
