Born in 1965, Denmark, moved to Spain in 2018.
Playing golf and padel, and in my spare time I’m enjoying the “easy living” at Costa del Sol.
In more than 35 years, I have demonstrated my ability to guide clients through the intricacies of securing properties, mortgages, obtaining financing, and managing financial transactions related to property purchases.
Since 2018 I have been living and working in the Malaga region, Spain, during which I have gained in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, banking practices, and legal regulations.
Have been Nykredit’s (Danish mortgage bank) representative in Spain, Marbella, for more than 3 years.
I have a lot of experience in buying and selling properties in Spain, with a high record in satisfied clients who recommend me to others.

About Gustavo
Born in 1967, Madrid, Spain
Moved to Marbella, Costa del Sol in 2021.
I enjoy cooking Spanish traditional food, playing golf and padel
After decades in the medical business, responsible of Medical Systems for Fujifilm’s and Siemens in Spain and Portugal, with main tasks in the control of sales, marketing and P&L, I have a knowledge of service and sales.
After living in Madrid and Barcelona for many years, I finally decided to stay as a resident in Marbella in 2021. I have known and visited the area throughout life, and just fell in love with the easy living, lovely weather, the food and all the amazing golf courses.
After leaving the busy cooperate life in the big cities of Spain, I found peace and quietness here at Costa del Sol. I now have my property and live in Eastern part of Marbella.
While considering my next business step, I got the offer of leasing and managing Miraflores Golf Academy. Far away from my former career, but at the same time a business where all my managing and sales experience is in use. I have been doing this since 2021.
One the side I work together with Marianne, a very skilled finance and property advisor, dealing with mainly Spanish clients and administrative work. As native Spanish-speaking I can deal with most local challenges.
I’m known as a trusted person, who makes tailored and personalized solutions to each client's unique needs and preferences to help them achieve their goals, with a local knowledge of the Spanish property market.
My experience mainly comes from own experience.
